Architectural Assistant (Year Out/ RIBA Part 1)

Architectural Assistant (Year Out/ RIBA Part 1/ B.Arch Graduates)

We are seeking two (2) Architectural Assistants to join our studio in Hong Kong.

The candidate shall have proven experience in concept-driven design projects, proficient in drawings, virtual & physical modelling, rendering production and image making with AI capability.

The candidate will work closely with our founder, directors and project leaders, in learning, preparing and developing design studies and drawing sets for various project types. The candidate will also attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors as necessary.

Core Activities & Skill Set for the position:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture

• Professional proficiency in Rhino 3D Modelling, Vray/Ensuite, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Bonus: Grasshopper, Revit)

• Strong capability to produce 3D models, visualization rendering and graphic diagrams, skilful in collage making and physical model-making

• Positive communication proficiency

• Fluent in English, spoken and written; Chinese Mandarin is a plus

• Eager and capable in hands-on involvement in material experiments

• Ability to develop design options independently under guidance for internal design reviews and client presentations, have good understanding on putting together research, design narratives, diagrams etc
