Jay Lee

Senior Architectural Designer

Jay Lee is a native of Malaysia and obtained his M.Arch, Postgraduate Diploma and B.Arch at the Glasgow School of Art (GSA) in Scotland. Prior to COLLECTIVE, Jay has practiced in Singapore with Richard Ho Architects on high-end residential and office projects, with Gehl Architects and Glasgow City Council in Glasgow, Arkitek Rekawasan in Malaysia and he was engaged in summer research with Takero Shimazaki Architects in London.

Jay was nominated for A&DS and RIAS Scottish Student Awards in 2017 and his work has been exhibited at The Pipe Factory, Lighthouse, Glasgow School of Art Summer Show and MAC Undergraduate Show London. During his time at GSA, he was a student representative council at GSA, treasurer and board member to the GSA sport society. He played an active role in engaging and creating social events as well as founded various sport clubs at the school.

He is core member of the team working on the Twin Tower Landscape and Commercial Podium design in Hong Kong, currently at Construction Stage.
