Juan Minguez



Juan leads the creative direction and architecture projects at COLLECTIVE.

Juan is a Registered Architect in Spain, an ARB Registered Architect in the United Kingdom and a RIBA Chartered Architect. He holds an M. Arch from Harvard University and an M. Arch from Madrid’s ETSA.

Prior joining COLLECTIVE, Juan has been working in Hong Kong since 2009 as the Project Architect & Project Manager for the new building of Chu Hai College at OMA, and afterwards he joined SO-IL in New York as a Senior Associate leading the construction of a 8000 m2 Private Museum in Hong Kong.

A native of Spain, Juan has practiced as an architect in Madrid with Frechilla & López-Peláez Arquitectos before moving to the United States and then Asia; he brings more than 18 years of experiences from the European Union and in Asia on a wide range of projects from Architecture, Master Planning to Interiors.
